Yes. Each room is a private bedroom for one resident only. The kitchen, dining area, bathroom, laundry and two toilets are shared. The Balcony Room also has its own private balcony.

Every bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit, a comfortable bed with pillows and bedding, a desk, a monitor, a wardrobe and a mirror. The Balcony Room and the three Classic Rooms have a double bed; the Basic Room has a single bed for one person.

Choose the Balcony Room for a private balcony, a Classic Room for a comfortable everyday setup with a double bed, or the Basic Room if you want the most affordable private room with a single bed. Compare the floor plans on each room page, or ask us for a video tour.

The equipped shared kitchen includes an espresso machine and a blender for smoothies, plus everything you need for everyday cooking. Residents purchase their own food, coffee and personal supplies.

Yes. Starlink Wi-Fi is included in your monthly rent.

The Balcony Room is ¥80,000 per month, each Classic Room is ¥75,000 per month and the Basic Room is ¥60,000 per month. Prices are all-inclusive for one resident: utilities, Starlink Wi-Fi and furnishings are included.

Your first month’s rent plus a refundable security deposit of ¥150,000. There is no key money and there are no other mandatory move-in charges. That makes ¥210,000 for the Basic Room, ¥225,000 for a Classic Room and ¥230,000 for the Balcony Room.

Yes. The ¥150,000 security deposit is the same for every room and is separate from rent. It is returned according to the tenancy agreement.
